Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Beckwith Electric M-3425A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the MFC3M700 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDS60A00225A3400 manufactured by Sew-Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPLB320PSK24AA by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lexium Brand MHDA1198N00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Control-Board such as P11035 equipment made by Control-Board have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Board products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Board" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NT600MDN211 made by Omron as well as the popular MX4106 original spares produced by Automated-Logic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M3452C600K3R4A by Bonitron and P11035 spares by Control-Board are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPMA51 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Windsor.
